Uh...what?

We met our very, very nice neighbors the other day and Teryn, the lady, told me about how our neighborhood has a bear that wanders down from the mountain in the spring/summer and will get into your trash.

Um...really? Does anyone know where the for sale sign went!?!

Unfortunately we have ripped out 2 walls in the last two days, so I guess it would be hard to sell. We'll just put in double paned glass and not open the windows...ever. That should keep the bears out, right?
